Reviews
Fast delivery and helpful advice on returning items that were delivered in excess.
I chose a rug that I really liked. Everything was clearly described and the delivery went smoothly and quickly. I’m very happy with my purchase. Thank you!!!
I found a beautiful and unique rug. Friendly customer service. It took a while to arrive, as it had to be shipped from its country of origin. It was well worth the wait. Highly recommended!!

Good, prompt communication and they really think things through with you. Brilliant🤍 and a little gift in the post for writing a review. Which shop still does that these days?!

I bought a beautiful Berber rug from Houseify. The delivery took a bit of doing, but everything worked out in the end and I was compensated with a small gift. I dealt with the logistics planner, who was very customer-friendly. I’d definitely recommend them 👍. I’m very satisfied, anyway.
I ordered the rug on the website; it’s made of good-quality material.

A lovely rug and delivered quickly👌👍
I don’t usually write reviews, but my bronze puma is simply fantastic. When I got in touch with Houseify via the chatbot, they explained everything to me about the material and quality of the product. For an online shop that’s only been around for a year, you’re doing a fantastic job.
Maintenance
With a little care, your beige Driss Beni Ouarain cushion will stay beautiful for a long time. A few simple habits:
- Dust regularly or give it a quick hoover on a low setting.
- Blot stains immediately using a clean, slightly damp cloth, and never rub.
- Air it out from time to time to refresh it, away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
- Avoid: harsh cleaning products and the washing machine, unless otherwise stated.

Good to know
Yes, unlike many pouffes, a floor cushion is usually supplied with filling. The filling varies from product to product. The type of filling used is specified for each product.
Vacuum the cushion from time to time using a soft brush attachment, or give it a good shake. Blot any stains straight away using a damp cloth and a drop of pH-neutral wool detergent.
Yes. Its large size and soft, dense pile make this floor cushion comfortable to sit on or play on.
Due to its filling and thick woollen cover, a floor cushion is considerably heavier than a small decorative cushion. As a result, it usually stays in one fixed spot; it can be moved, but it takes a bit of effort. That same weight keeps the cushion stable on the floor.
No. Wool is not resistant to rain or damp outdoor air. Use the floor cushion indoors or on a covered terrace.
Floor cushions are larger than ordinary decorative cushions, usually measuring 60x60 cm or more, so that you can sit on them comfortably.
The patterns may fade slightly over the years if exposed to direct sunlight for long periods. You should therefore avoid placing them in direct sunlight for long periods.
Yes. Floor cushions and Berber rugs share the same sheep’s wool, the same colour palette and the same use of patterns, such as the ivory-white base with patterns found on a Beni Ouarain. As a result, the colours and patterns complement each other naturally. A Berber cushion is a sheep’s wool cushion in the same style and also works well as an addition.
Yes, that’s one of the most common uses. Place the cushion next to a low table or in the sitting area for a flexible, informal extra seat.
As well as the woollen floor cushions in our collection, there are also versions made from other materials, such as cotton floor cushions, and in a range of colours. At Houseify, you can currently choose from handmade woollen cushions in beige, across two product ranges.
A vintage floor cushion is made from an older piece of woollen fabric, usually several decades old. The colours have faded slightly due to wear and light exposure.
Houseify works directly with the same Moroccan artisans who also produce the Berber rugs. The exact dimensions, material composition and stock status are listed for each floor cushion.
