Which data we process
With an order: name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number, order history, and payment details. Payment is processed via our payment provider (iDEAL/WERO, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna) - we do not store full payment card details.
Upon website visit: IP address, browser type, device, and page visits, collected via Google Analytics 4 and server-side Google Tag Manager (sGTM). Advertising pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads Tag, Pinterest Tag, Snapchat Pixel, TikTok Pixel) are only loaded after your consent via our Silktide cookie banner.
For contact: messages you send via email or contact form.
Reviews: reviews via Google Reviews and Trustpilot.

Server-side tracking
We use server-side Google Tag Manager (sGTM) for analytics and ad measurement. Server-side tracking exempts us. not of the consent requirement – server-side events are also only sent after you have given consent via the Silktide cookie banner (Art. 11.7a Telecommunications Act).

Changes
We adjust this policy if required by law or our working methods. We notify customers with an account of material changes via email.
