Which data we process
Bij een bestelling: name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number, order history, and payment details. Payment is processed via our payment provider (iDEAL/WERO, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna) - we do not store full payment card details.
Upon website visit: IP-adres, browsertype, apparaat en paginabezoeken, verzameld via Google Analytics 4 en server-side Google Tag Manager (sGTM). Advertentiepixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads-tag, Pinterest Tag, Snapchat Pixel, TikTok Pixel) worden alleen geladen na jouw toestemming via onze Silktide-cookiebanner.

Server-side tracking
We use server-side Google Tag Manager (sGTM) for analytics and ad measurement. Server-side tracking exempts us. not of the consent requirement – server-side events are also only sent after you have given consent via the Silktide cookie banner (Art. 11.7a Telecommunications Act).

We adjust this policy if required by law or our working methods. We notify customers with an account of material changes via email.
