Over Beni M'guid:
De BENI M'GUILD stam komt uit het noordelijke Midden-Atlasgebergte van Marokko en produceert vanwege het barre klimaat meestal de meest dichte, zware tapijten. De stapel is dik en de tapijten hebben meestal een toon-op-toon dessin. De regio Beni M'guild in de westelijke Midden-Atlas van Marokko kan in de wintermaanden behoorlijk streng zijn, dus hun tapijten zijn erg dik opgestapeld om ze tegen de kou te beschermen. Geweven door de vrouwen op een verticaal weefgetouw hebben ze meestal eenvoudige geometrische ontwerpen die over of over het tapijt lopen met een achtergrond van rood, bruin, wit of soms blauw.
Maintenance
