Description
Asha Gabbeh vloerkleed bruin is met de hand geweven in India, in de Indo Gabbeh-collectie. Het kleed meet 183 × 122 cm en is gemaakt van 100% handgesponnen wol. Franjes heeft het niet, en het kleine formaat past naast het bed.
Het open veld in bruin heeft accenten in zwart, koper, crème en oranje, in een moderne stijl met effen vlakken en strepen. Handgesponnen wol geeft het oppervlak een levendige textuur. Zo krijgt het kleed een warme uitstraling. Het is nieuw, net van het weefgetouw.
Zuivere scheerwol is van nature vuilafstotend en veerkrachtig, en wordt gewassen en gekaard in plaats van chemisch verzacht, wat de vezel elastisch houdt en het tapijt jarenlang laat meegaan.
