Our Berber rugs are handmade and unique. Delivery times vary depending on the type of product, as some are dispatched straight from stock whilst others are made to order specifically for you.

  2. Processing in our warehouseWe personally check every rug for quality before it is packed.
  3. Sent with trackingAs soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
  4. Delivery to your addressThe delivery driver will deliver your order as agreed. Not at home? In that case, they will try again or deliver to a collection point.

Worldwide delivery

We also deliver outside Europe. We regularly ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and the Middle East. Additional shipping and import charges may apply for destinations outside Europe. You can view the exact rates during the checkout process, or request them in advance via info@houseify.com.

VAT for customers in other EU countries

Houseify sells throughout Europe and submits VAT returns via the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration’s EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme. We charge the VAT rate applicable in your country (destination principle); the price you see always includes the VAT applicable in your country. As a customer, you do not need to make any additional arrangements. The VAT rate may vary slightly from one EU country to another and is displayed at checkout.

Our delivery partners

For standard sizes, we work with well-known carriers such as PostNL, DHL and FedEx. Large rugs are too bulky for standard parcel services and are delivered by specialist carriers with experience in handling large shipments. In both cases, we select the carrier for each order based on the size and your location, and everything is sent insured with track & trace.

Frequently asked questions about delivery

Nothing. All orders within Europe are delivered free of charge, regardless of the size or weight of the rug.

Yes. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a track & trace link via email. You can use this to track your parcel in real time right to your door.

The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel again or take it to a nearby collection point. You will receive a note or a digital notification to that effect.

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Shipping and import charges may apply for destinations outside Europe. If you’re unsure, please get in touch and we’ll calculate the costs for you in advance.

Each rug is rolled up tightly and packed securely in sturdy plastic wrap or a box to protect it from moisture and creasing during transport.

Please contact us within 48 hours via info@houseify.com with photos of the damage. As we ship with insurance, we’ll always sort this out for you, free of charge.

Yes, please let us know in the comments field at checkout when you’d prefer to receive it. We’ll arrange for it to be dispatched accordingly.
