All about this product
Description
Professional Stain Removal for Rugs and Upholstery
The Chem-Dry Stain Remover is a pH-neutral, eco-friendly stain remover specially formulated for the safe cleaning of all rugs and upholstery fabrics. The product cleans using the power of carbon dioxide, with bubbles loosening dirt from the fibres and bringing it to the surface for easy removal.
Unique features:
- pH-neutral and safe for all natural fibres (wool, silk, cotton)
- Does not contain bleach, soap or solvents
- Does not leave any dirt-attracting residue after drying
- Environmentally friendly and safe for people and animals
- Suitable for almost all rugs and upholstery fabrics
Effective against water-based stains:
Sand, soil, soft drinks, juice, coffee, tea, beer, chocolate, blood, ketchup, jam, vomit and red wine.
Directions: Spray the product onto the stain and dab gently with a white cotton towel. Never rub, to prevent damage to the fibres. The carbonated action ensures deep cleaning without damaging delicate materials.
Care instructions for handmade rugs
Test advice: Even though the product is pH-neutral and safe, it is advisable to test it first on an inconspicuous area of valuable handmade rugs. This is standard advice for all cleaning products used on delicate materials.
Precautions: Although the product is safe, you should avoid contact with your eyes and skin. Always read the label and product information before use.
Restriction: Please note that the Chem-Dry Stain Remover is only effective on water-based stains.

I found a beautiful and unique rug. Friendly customer service. It took a while to arrive, as it had to be shipped from its country of origin. It was well worth the wait. Highly recommended!!

Good, prompt communication and they really think things through with you. Brilliant🤍 and a little gift in the post for writing a review. Which shop still does that these days?!

I bought a beautiful Berber rug from Houseify. The delivery took a bit of doing, but everything worked out in the end and I was compensated with a small gift. I dealt with the logistics planner, who was very customer-friendly. I’d definitely recommend them 👍. I’m very satisfied, anyway.
I ordered the rug on the website; it’s made of good-quality material.

A lovely rug and delivered quickly👌👍
I don’t usually write reviews, but my bronze puma is simply fantastic. When I got in touch with Houseify via the chatbot, they explained everything to me about the material and quality of the product. For an online shop that’s only been around for a year, you’re doing a fantastic job.
