Reviews
Fast delivery and helpful advice on returning items that were delivered in excess.
I chose a rug that I really liked. Everything was clearly described and the delivery went smoothly and quickly. I’m very happy with my purchase. Thank you!!!
I found a beautiful and unique rug. Friendly customer service. It took a while to arrive, as it had to be shipped from its country of origin. It was well worth the wait. Highly recommended!!
Good, prompt communication and they really think things through with you. Brilliant🤍 and a little gift in the post for writing a review. Which shop still does that these days?!
They’re very helpful when you ask questions by email and really think things through with you!
Delivered quickly, good fabric.
Fast delivery and the quality you’d expect!
I bought a beautiful Berber rug from Houseify. The delivery took a bit of doing, but everything worked out in the end and I was compensated with a small gift. I dealt with the logistics planner, who was very customer-friendly. I’d definitely recommend them 👍. I’m very satisfied, anyway.
I ordered the rug on the website; it’s made of good-quality material.
A lovely rug and delivered quickly👌👍
I don’t usually write reviews, but my bronze puma is simply fantastic. When I got in touch with Houseify via the chatbot, they explained everything to me about the material and quality of the product. For an online shop that’s only been around for a year, you’re doing a fantastic job.
Maintenance
With proper care, your green Nadia Kelim rug will last for years. Keep it simple:
- Vacuuming once a week with a smooth nozzle and no rotating brush.
- Blot stains immediately using a clean, slightly damp cloth, and never rub.
- A few times a year to ensure even wear.
- Avoid: harsh cleaning products and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight.
Material recommendations
- Wool: naturally stain-resistant and hard-wearing; regular vacuuming is usually sufficient, and stains can be easily dabbed away.
This is how you keep the colors and fibers of your green Nadia Kelim rug in optimal condition for years.

Good to know
No, it’s less common than red or blue, but it is used as an accent colour, often in combination with other colours.
Terracotta, mustard yellow, natural wood and white. Green complements botanical accessories and plants naturally.
Over the years, dyed wool will fade slightly when exposed to direct sunlight for long periods. Turn the rug half a turn regularly.
A newly dyed rug may run slightly when washed with water for the first time. You should therefore test it first on a corner using a damp white cloth.
Yes, it comes naturally with houseplants and natural materials such as rattan and wood.
Vacuum the rug regularly, following the direction of the pile, on a low setting. Blot stains with cold water and a drop of pH-neutral wool detergent.
Yes. A green, deep-pile rug feels extra soft and brings a sense of tranquillity and warmth to the room. In this collection, you’ll also find woollen rugs and rugs containing viscose for a subtle sheen.
Yes. Green is often perceived as soothing and goes well with brightly coloured toys.
Yes. Wool is a natural insulator and therefore blocks some of the heat from the underfloor heating, meaning less heat reaches the space above the rug. You can still have the rug there, but the heat output will be lower than without it.
Botanical, Scandinavian and classically opulent interiors. A soft sage-green shade suits a tranquil interior, whilst forest green complements a richer, more classical interior.
In this collection, vintage rugs are explicitly labelled as such, such as the green Alkadiri vintage rug. With these vintage rugs, the colour has often faded slightly due to use and exposure to light compared to a new one, and signs of wear or repairs are part of their character.
Use a non-slip mat made of felt or rubber that is slightly smaller than the rug, so that the edges do not curl up and the rug does not slide on smooth floors.
