1. Our core values
Houseify doet eerlijk zaken - van de wevers in het Atlasgebergte tot de klant in Nederland. Integriteit, transparantie en respect vormen de basis van alles wat we doen: in onze producten, onze marketing en onze relaties met leveranciers, partners en medewerkers.
2. Zero tolerance for bribery and corruption
We give or accept no form of bribery, kickbacks or bribery - not during purchasing (not even towards suppliers and intermediaries such as Berberhuis) and not during sales. Not in cash, not in kind, not through intermediaries.
Accepting or giving bribes in business transactions is a criminal offense (Art. 328ter of the Criminal Code). Offenses may result in fines and imprisonment for the persons involved.
3. Gifts and representation
Small business tokens of appreciation (business gifts, invitations) are permitted if they are transparent, proportionate, and never intended to unduly influence a decision. When in doubt: do not do it.
4. Conflict of interest
We avoid situations where a personal interest (financial or otherwise) conflicts with the interests of Houseify or our customers. We report borderline cases internally.
5. Fair compliance
We houden ons aan alle toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving: consumentenrecht, productveiligheid, privacy, mededinging. We verwachten hetzelfde van onze leveranciers en partners - zie de Supplier Code of Conduct.
6. Reporting abuses - whistleblower
Do you suspect unethical behavior within or around Houseify? Report it confidentially via info@houseify.com. Reports are treated seriously and confidentially. We do not take adverse measures against individuals who report wrongdoing in good faith (in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act).
