1. Our rights
All content on houseify.com—text, photos, videos, logos, product names, the design, and the selection and arrangement of content—is the property of Houseify or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Nothing may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.
2. Central Contact Point (DSA)
Because visitors can post reviews and comments via our site, we are a hosting service within the meaning of the Digital Services Act (DSA, EU 2022/2065). We offer a central point of contact for questions, reports, and requests from users and (national) authorities: info@houseify.com.
3. Reporting illegal content or infringement (Notice-and-Takedown)
Denk je dat content op onze site inbreuk maakt op jouw rechten of anderszins illegaal is (zoals namaakproducten, onrechtmatige reviews, haatzaaiende teksten)? Stuur een melding naar info@houseify.com met:
- An clear description and justification why the content is infringing or illegal;
- the exact location (URLs);
- your contact details (name, email);
- For a copyright claim: confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized representative.
4. Our handling
We handle reports timely, careful, non-arbitrary and objective (DSA Art. 16). In the event of a justified report, we remove or block the content and inform the reporter and, where appropriate, the poster. In the event of an account restriction (suspension), those involved always receive a justification, including legal remedies. Users who systematically post unlawful content or abuse the reporting system may be restricted or suspended.
5. Annual transparency reporting (DSA Art. 15)
Als hostingdienst publiceren wij jaarlijks een rapportage over onze acties tegen illegale content, het aantal ontvangen meldingen en de maatregelen die wij hebben genomen. De meest recente rapportage is beschikbaar via info@houseify.com (opvragen via e-mail).
