Our rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content on houseify.com\u2014text, photos, videos, logos, product names, the design, and the selection and arrangement of content\u2014is the property of Houseify or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Nothing may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Central Contact Point (DSA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because visitors can post reviews and comments via our site, we are a <strong>hosting service<\/strong> within the meaning of the Digital Services Act (DSA, EU 2022\/2065). We offer a central point of contact for questions, reports, and requests from users and (national) authorities: info@houseify.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Reporting illegal content or infringement (Notice-and-Takedown)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do you think that content on our site infringes on your rights or is otherwise illegal (such as counterfeit products, unlawful reviews, hate speech)? Send a report to info@houseify.com with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>An <strong>clear description and justification<\/strong> why the content is infringing or illegal;<\/li><li>the <strong>exact location<\/strong> (URLs);<\/li><li>your <strong>contact details<\/strong> (name, email);<\/li><li>For a copyright claim: confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized representative.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Our handling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We handle reports <strong>timely, careful, non-arbitrary and objective<\/strong> (DSA Art. 16). In the event of a justified report, we remove or block the content and inform the reporter and, where appropriate, the poster. In the event of an account restriction (suspension), those involved always receive a justification, including legal remedies. Users who systematically post unlawful content or abuse the reporting system may be restricted or suspended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Annual transparency reporting (DSA Art. 15)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a hosting service, we publish an annual report on our actions against illegal content, the number of reports received, and the measures we have taken.
