  3. Sent with tracking<\/strong>As soon as your parcel is on its way, you\u2019ll receive an email with a tracking link.<\/li>\n
  4. Delivery to your address<\/strong>The delivery driver will deliver your order as agreed. Not at home? In that case, they will try again or deliver to a collection point.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Worldwide delivery<\/h3>\n

    We also deliver outside Europe. We regularly ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and the Middle East. Additional shipping and import charges may apply for destinations outside Europe.     VAT for customers in other EU countries<\/h3>\n

    Houseify sells throughout Europe and submits VAT returns via the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration\u2019s EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme. We charge the VAT rate applicable in your country (destination principle); the price you see always includes the VAT applicable in your country. As a customer, you do not need to make any additional arrangements. The VAT rate may vary slightly from one EU country to another and is displayed at checkout.<\/p>\n

    Our delivery partners<\/h3>\n

    For standard sizes, we work with well-known carriers such as PostNL, DHL and FedEx. Large rugs are too bulky for standard parcel services and are delivered by specialist carriers with experience in handling large shipments. In both cases, we select the carrier for each order based on the size and your location, and everything is sent insured with track & trace.<\/p>\n

    \nHow much does delivery within Europe cost?<\/summary>\n

    Nothing. All orders within Europe are delivered free of charge, regardless of the size or weight of the rug.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

    Yes. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you\u2019ll receive a track & trace link via email. You can use this to track your parcel in real time right to your door.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

    \nWhat if I\u2019m not at home when the delivery arrives?<\/summary>\n

    The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel again or take it to a nearby collection point. You will receive a note or a digital notification to that effect.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

    \nDo you also deliver outside Europe?<\/summary>\n

    Yes, we deliver worldwide. Shipping and import charges may apply for destinations outside Europe. If you\u2019re unsure, please get in touch and we\u2019ll calculate the costs for you in advance.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

    \nHow are rugs packaged?<\/summary>\n

    Each rug is rolled up tightly and packed securely in sturdy plastic wrap or a box to protect it from moisture and creasing during transport.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

    \nWhat if my parcel arrives damaged?<\/summary>\n

    Please contact us within 48 hours via info@houseify.com<\/a> with photos of the damage. As we ship with insurance, we\u2019ll always sort this out for you, free of charge.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

    \nCan I have my order delivered at a later date?<\/summary>\n

    Yes, please let us know in the comments field at checkout when you\u2019d prefer to receive it. We\u2019ll arrange for it to be dispatched accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n
